Purpose of Position
|
Analyst I, Production is responsible for day to day production operational technical support and configuration of internal EDI applications required for successful clearinghouse production.
|

Duties and Responsibilities
|
Essential Functions
|
- Review for completion of daily systems tasks as required via operational status tools
|
- Monitors Operational Systems performance for proactive & prevention of issues.
|
- Reviews Operational SSRs as requested by management for status & resolutions.
|
- Communicates disposition of issues with payers and partners to management directly as required.
|
- Review operational systems in a proactive manner to meet operational schedule
|
- Initiates Payer/Provider industry required testing and monitors results.
|
- Reviews, performs, and maintains systems changes, content integrity, and confidentiality.
|
- Assists co-workers/management in maintaining a secure work environment.
|
- Assist businesses with the collection, organization, and use of computerized data.
|
- Review/test EDI applications for success criteria prior to installation into the production environment.
|
- Generate weekly and monthly metric reporting for EDI quality measurements
|
- Assists Technical teams (EDI/PE/IT) with operational issues resolution.
|
- Perform scheduled quality checks on systems, reports, and profile information to ensure current standards are met.
|
- Notification and Escalations of abnormal processing issues to EDI Management
|
- Acts as a positive role model in all aspects of professional performance.
|
- Observes safety procedures and personnel policies.
|
