Create visual concepts and images including 2-D and 3-D video/storytelling that convey a persuasive message to
the consumer or member that leads to membership acquisition, increase in products and services per member,
brand awareness, and product and service awareness. Run A/B testing that leads to increase campaign
engagement, video production for educational tutorials and community events. Hybrid work available with the majority in office.



  • Conceptualize and produce designs for print, video production, and digital designs across all
    multimedia; including performing usability or campaign engagement test.
  • Assists with creative briefs and strategies.
  • Assist with analytics.
  • Adheres to the corporate brand standard guidelines.
  • Assists in planning and implementing the Credit Union's participation in community sponsored events.
  • Performs other job related duties as assigned.
  • To carry out assigned responsibilities with minimum number of errors according to established department
    standards.
  • To achieve the Credit Union's planned market share, assets, loans, and other product/service objectives.
  • To assist department, provide recommendations to management, based on current research data, regarding
    market strategies and directions the credit union should take.
  • To deliver planned results within budget.
  • To meet the Credit Union's growth objective with respect to new sponsor groups.
  • To assure communications are accurate, timely and within budget guidelines.
  • To provide informed, prompt, professional and accurate service and support to all members and associates
  • To maintain a dependable record of attendance and timeliness.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Experience Three years to five years of similar or related experience; proven proficiency in Adobe
    InDesign and Photoshop Education (1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the
    industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g. information technology certifications in
    lieu of a degree).
