Cushman & Wakefield is looking for a well-organized, data driven Senior Project Coordinator to provide diversified support for its Regional Leadership Team. Program Management Responsibilities:

  • Program Oversight: Oversee end-to-end CRM projects, ensuring successful delivery within tight time constraints. Collaborate closely with business strategist and stakeholders to coordinate the implementation team, including management, brokers, subject matter experts, consultants, and solution architects.
  • Strategic Execution: Action and execute program objectives and strategies, utilizing Microsoft Sharepoint, Teams, and CRM tools to automate processes and improve database management. Develop and deploy new business processes in alignment with organizational goals, focusing on maximizing program impact and efficiency.
  • Data and Analytics Management: Responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and enhancement of the database and CRM. Analyze program utilization and performance trends to inform data-driven decision-making and report on key metrics for continuous improvement.

Leadership Support

  • Act as a project manager for special projects, at the request of leadership and/or their direct reports, which may include planning and coordinating multiple presentations and disseminating information.
  • Handle/coordinate signed agreements for region.
  • Maintain files, such as documents provided by operations staff or reference material.
  • Schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings and travel.
  • Plan and coordinate events with local operations team.
  • Track and process expenses for local leadership team.
  • Track broker licenses, professional memberships, and educational requirements.
  • Assist with onboarding for new hires including preparing space and equipment.
  • Assist with internal marketing, as needed.

Office Support Responsibilities:

  • Maintain email distribution list and floor plans.
  • Backup check scanning.
  • Enter and manage visitors log, provide access cards and maintenance tickets, and liaise with Building Management.
  • Scan and print documents, organize, generate labels and dispatch packages.
  • Responsible for overall upkeep of kitchen and production/printer room and common area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related required.
  • 3-5+ years in business related field.
  • Strong Microsoft/Google office suite, with strong analytical (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) and presentation (Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides) skills.
  • Forward thinking and works independently with little to no supervision.
  • Ability to demonstrate poise, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Expert verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation development skills.
  • Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload.
  • Highly organized and disciplined with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
