Technical Analyst

Yardi is currently seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to
perform complex and sophisticated systems analyses to assist new and existing
clients with the management of application systems, hardware, and system
functional specifications for the use of Yardi software products. As a Technical
Analyst, you will identify application issues, customize software products to
client specifications, and serve as an escalation resource.

What You'll Do:

* Consult and provides technical direction to
users

* Assist and support users with understanding
Yardi functional design, configuring Yardi software, and meeting client
operational needs

* Work collaboratively with clients to identify
and define application issues

* Evaluate procedures and processes for product
use and prepare/evaluate alternative workflow solutions

* Create applications and customizations as needed
to implement identified customer solutions

* Document, test, and create or modify computer
programs to improve Yardi product functionality

* Serve as an escalation resource for complex
application systems problems and sophisticated client requests

* Validate and document solution effectiveness
through program and quality assurance testing

* Collaborate internally with analysts, designers,
programmers, sales teams, and marketing teams with a focus on meeting client
needs and maintaining high-level customer service standards

* Monitor technical advancements, regulations, and
best practices relevant to clients in the application of Yardi products

Who You Are:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or
equivalent

* Two (2) years in a software support, analytics,
or services role

* Advanced knowledge in all the following areas:
Microsoft operating and network system operation,

* Relational databases, and SQL/Oracle language

* Proficiency in SQL

* Strong technical computer and database
management skills

* Excellent independent decision-making and
problem-solving skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication
skills

* Client-centered commitment and focus

Ideal to Have:

* Experience with HTML/Cloud Services

* Understanding of property management industry
and best practices

* Project management experience

* Understanding of property management industry
and best practices

* Working knowledge of accounting practices

* Understanding of project management principles

* Understanding of networks and peripherals

* Experience with HTML

Annual Compensation Range: $80,800 - $90,900
