Responsibilities

Are you ready to take your career to the next level and make a significant impact in the realm of Human Resources? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Analyst, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to lead our HRM system activities and support the maintenance of our Human Resource systems. In this pivotal role, you will serve as both a technical and functional resource, managing the configurations and integrations of HR applications while ensuring data integrity and system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Integrity: Maintain the integrity of our HCM and payroll systems to ensure accurate and reliable data.
  • Reporting Excellence: Assist in creating and managing reports through our Business Intelligence tool, providing valuable insights to HR and management.
  • Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting support for end users, ensuring smooth operation of HR systems.
  • System Management: Oversee the functionality of HR systems, including implementations, upgrades, patches, customizations, and enhancements, while managing employee security and system testing.
  • Documentation Oversight: Document requirements and support the development, implementation, and testing processes for HR business users and policies.
  • Collaborative Data Management: Work with various departments to consolidate data models and drive informed process decisions.
  • Integration Development: Develop and manage file imports and exports for system integrations with Benefits Administration, Learning Management, Financial systems, and more, collaborating with vendors and benefit carriers to implement and maintain EDI feeds.
  • Compliance Evaluation: Ensure strong practices in process management, SOX audit compliance, and adherence to data security and privacy regulations.

Qualifications

  • What You Bring:
    • A Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a minimum of four (4) years of related professional experience and education.
    • At least two (2) years of experience with and technical knowledge of UKGPro and UKG Dimensions.
    • Demonstrated experience in various HR functional areas, especially HRIS, payroll, benefits, and change management.
