Microsoft has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer in the Sovereign Cloud Security Team. This team is responsible for deploying and operating services within an air gapped environment. Microsoft Sovereign Cloud Security is looking for applicants that can thrive in a non-traditional, agile environment at the cutting-edge of the security market. Our group is responsible for providing organizations with the best security solution for their cloud environment, allowing for visibility, governance, and protection over their infrastructure, platforms, and application solutions. You will work closely with a distributed engineering team, product management, Customer Experience (CXP), and customers in addition to the central Azure organization leveraging the best platforms that Microsoft has to offer. ResponsibilitiesDevelop with partner teams new features and assist with automation and testing Build and improve services to be scalable and highly reliable Help deliver and improve engineering systems and practices to deliver services in complex cloud environments Investigate pre-production and production issues, implement, and deploy/develop fixes Participate in an on-call rotation (typically 24/7 for one week every 6-8 weeks) within a secure facility | |
