IMEG is growing, and we'd love to have you join our team! We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator in our South Dakota office. As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for providing organizational assistance to all the members of the Technology Consulting and Engineering team including coordinating work to insure schedules, quality, and standards are met.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Take primary responsibility for tracking project commitments in an Excel spreadsheet format including project name, staffing assignments, deliverable dates, quality control status, and other project characteristics, including proactively obtaining this information from other internal and external project stakeholders
  • Responsible for formatting project related reports, schedules and documents as needed.
  • Assist with generating project budget reports and creating budget documentation for submission to project team and key stakeholders.
  • Attend internal team meetings to collect and convey project status information.
  • Ability to periodically attend client meetings as requested and generate meeting minutes.
  • Utilize Salesforce and accounting software (Vantagepoint) to enter and maintain project information including taking responsibility for obtaining relevant missing information.
  • Assist with the preparation of business development proposals and qualification submittals as requested.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with professionals, design professionals and clients.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several simultaneous tasks.
  • Computer proficiency required including developing spreadsheets and databases.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to assist in projects.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience within the building construction, architectural / engineering industry, or an end-user's planning/design/construction department preferred.
  • Associates or Undergraduate Degree (business, communications, public relations, marketing, etc) preferred.
  • This position is not eligible for sponsorship
