Description
Responsible for analyzing business loan requests to develop thorough and objective credit presentations while ensuring the bank's lending policies are followed. Includes analysis of business and personal cash flow and financial statements, comparison with industry trends and/or projections, understanding of collateral requirements and reviewing collateral valuations. These responsibilities also include establishing necessary monitoring reminders to ensure financial requirements are followed. Primary focus will be on preparing credit presentations for our borrowing relationships in the top 25% of the loan portfolio. This may include joint calls with Business Relationship Managers to gain necessary insight and information. In addition, performing annual reviews, peer reviews and complete financials spreads.
