Transaction Banking (TxB) aims to bring innovative solutions to traditional banking and lending activities. We are a global team of lenders, investors, risk managers, skilled marketers, web experts and banking specialists. We provide a suite of solutions to help our customers meet their financial goals. We make direct investments in and manage risk for a portfolio of corporate loans and securities. We help transform distressed communities through investments and loans of private capital.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL



  • Provide application technical support in complex situations as well as partner with development teams for coordination of team / project work.
  • Monitor real time transactional data from payment-critical applications through the Information Delivery architecture for exceptions.
  • Provide incident management and problem management service for production-related incidents.
  • Lead troubleshooting during production outages and communicate to management throughout the incident lifecycle.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with application development engineers, business users, product managers, and other stakeholders to achieve elegant solutions.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
  • 4+ years of experience in Production Application Support.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information effectively to non-technical users and to provide regular updates on incident management.
  • Experience in Tech SLA management and production-critical issues monitoring, escalation and resolution.
  • Willing to work in 24*7 rotational shift (weekend on-call support as necessary).
  • Experience with AWS & Terraform.
  • Working knowledge of basic AWS services like IAM, EC2, ECS, RDS , MSK and VPC.
  • Working knowledge of programming languages, such as Java or Python.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Experience with payments systems (understanding of the various payment networks).
  • Experience in Financial Services or Fintech.
  • Experience with microservice architectures (SOA).
  • Experience with Kafka, MongoDB, Hadoop, Cassandra.
  • Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle/Sybase).
  • Experience with AWS/Azure.
