Job Summary: In this role, you have the opportunity to: Continuously review and improve instructions to enhance uniformity and meet quality standards in the manufacturing process. Supports all production programs and work areas to enhance quality inspection methodology while ensuring standardization of process definitions within documented work instructions. Quality planning activities include but are not limited to the creation and maintenance of work instructions, ensuring accurate definitions of inspection criteria to satisfy contractual obligations, as well as engineering drawings and specification requirements. Full-Time Equivalent Annual Salary Range: $82,000 - $164,000 for an Individual Contributor III at Oxnard CA USA. The disclosed salary range is a general guideline for Mercury team members employed at the job level at the location listed above and does not include overtime for eligible hourly employees. Mercury considers a variety of factors to determine individual base salary offers to candidates, including: - the role and related responsibilities; - prior work experience; - education, training, skills and certifications; - internal equity with others employed by Mercury in similar roles; - geographic location; and - alignment with market data.
