The Supply Chain Supervisor establishes a safe work environment with a strong employee-focused culture, plans, coordinates and controls the supply chain from demand to end customer delivery. Drives continuous improvement to improve efficiency and delivers high quality products on-time to meet the demands of the customer.

Accountabilities

*Manage Production Planning closely with production.

*Define Raw Material needs and its availability closely with Procurement to secure production planning.

*Manage Finished Goods inventory: update and assess ABC matrix (mto & mts, reorder points, safety stocks).

*Setup Finished Goods inventory targets, Service Level targets.

*Manage Backorder & Orderbook closely with sales & customer service.

*Reports on KPIs and create plan/countermeasures for areas that are under-achieving.

*Lead and manage the local SIOP on a monthly base.

*Streamline warehouse operation: receiving, dock-to-stock, pick & pack, shipping. Setup KPIs.

*Control freight cost, performance of carriers.

*Communicates daily to team leads and employees at daily management & start up meetings.

*Develops staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training/cross-training employees to facilitate personal growth and agility.

*Administers and enforces company policies and procedures.

*Lead and implement cost savings, continuous improvement, operational excellence programs, standard work and processes.

Shared accountabilities

*Empower team with knowledge and development and identify necessary resources to get the job done.

*Communicate to key stakeholders.

Requirements

*Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations management or related field.

*Fluent in English.

*Minimum 5 years of previous experience in supply chain.

*Able to have a hands-on attitude.

*Strong supply chain and analytical skills.

*Cross-functional cooperative (Sales, IT, Procurement, Production).

*Employee and customer focus.

*Strong communicator and resourceful leader.

*Motivate and inspire direct team and others.

*Data and process driven, predictable and disciplined approach.

Excellent MS Office skills; Dynamic 365 (preferable), PowerBI.
