PRO attorneys work closely with the ODG's Appellate Division and address a wide range of post-adjudication issues, including post-conviction relief, conditions of confinement, furlough, parole, supervised community sentence eligibility and violations, healthcare, prison discipline, and sentence calculation. PRO attorneys represent clients in administrative hearings, civil court, federal court, and the Vermont Supreme Court.
