Value Chain Transformation Owner - Drive

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for implementation of global and local value chain digitalization strategies and roadmaps in Drives Product division in United States, ensuring continuously improvement in business process harmonization and simplification, upstream and downstream alignment. You will serve as a key resource to drive business applications fit to purpose and key user community is well informed and trained.
The work model for the role is: #LI - Onsite
This role is contributing to the Motion Drive Products Division in New Berlin, WI area.
You will be mainly accountable for:
*Serve as a process lead and application expert in Product Life Cycle (PLM) management and Production Planning functional area to drive system implementation of SAP and non-SAP solutions.
*Support global and local business digitalization transformation strategy by executing assigned projects or continuous improvement actions.
*Partner with stakeholders and users from business functions to identify value stream improvement opportunities and translate business needs to Information System demand requirements.
*Identifies, creates, and facilitates technical and process design changes by conducting business and systems analysis and design at a complex level in SAP; focusing on quality improvement; system availability, security, data reliability; re-engineering processes and recommending elimination.

Qualifications for the role
  • A Bachelor or higher degree in Information System, Engineering or Business Administration.
  • 8+ years of experience with SAP, ERP implementation and business process transformation preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of SAP VC and PP modules are mandatory.
  • Working Knowledge of business process in PLM, production planning and forecasting is a must.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 Hana, Winchill or Proplanner is preferred.
  • Proficient in English spoken and written communication.
  • Travel less than 10%.
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
