Assist with managing program email contact lists. Help to research, write, and edit Cue Sheets and performance guides. Review and edit program materials. Write and schedule social media campaigns about events and outreach programs as requested. Assist with building spreadsheets and forms. Review outreach program web copy and suggest edits and updates. Represent Popejoy Hall by tabling events on and off the UNM campus. Provide day-of support for Schooltime Series and Broadway for Teens performances Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM, Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress. Occasional night and weekend availability. Detail-oriented, well organized, self-starter. Good verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with social media networks Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Proficient at internet research. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel required. Customer service experience and interest in the performing arts for youth a plus.
