In this role, you will:



  • Customization & Configuration: Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements by creating and updating objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.
  • Automation: Implement and manage advanced process automation using Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, and other automation tools.
  • Data Management: Oversee data quality, ensure regular data maintenance, and implement best practices for data hygiene. Perform data imports, exports, and data manipulation as needed.
  • Impact Analysis: Conduct impact analysis of proposed changes, assessing how adjustments in configuration, automation, or integrations affect end-user data quality and business workflows.
  • Testing: Perform and participate in unit, regression, performance and integration testing as well as peer reviews.
  • Integrations: Work with integration tools and third-party applications to connect Salesforce with other business systems.
  • Compliance & Security: Maintain system security protocols, manage data compliance regulations, and ensure ITGC compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and industry best practices to make recommendations on new features and functionalities that could benefit the organization.



Who You Are:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce administration, including customization, configuration, and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and other automation tools.
  • Experience with third-party integrations and AppExchange applications.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification preferred.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong data management and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.
  • Proficiency in SQL, SOQL, or similar data query languages
