Position SummaryThe Director of Sales Enablement is responsible for providing the guidance strategy to sales for existing products, along with new product innovations. Working closely with the Executive Director of Products and Services, the Director of Systems Sales Enablement will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to equip sales professionals with the tools, training, and resources needed to accelerate sales cycles, improve win rates, and drive revenue growth. The Senior Director will also be responsible for developing scalable processes and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the sales organization. Essential Job Functions:

* 10+ years of experience in a sales/sales enablement role, preferably in the same industry * Prior gaming experience mandatory. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. * Strong leadership and management skills * Ability to think strategically and creatively. * Strong business acumen and market knowledge.
