Position Summary

The Global Supply Chain Team at Light and Wonder has created a Supply Chain Internship Program for the Summer of 2025. This internship in the Demand Planning team is a paid internship from mid-May to mid-August 2025, located at our Las Vegas, NV office.

The Demand Planning team is responsible for collaborating with sales, marketing, and finance teams to develop the demand forecast, manage lifecycle trends, and support the overall S&OP process for land-based gaming products. A position in demand planning requires a blend of analytical skills and collaborative thinking to address demand-related risks and opportunities.

Your Impact:

  • Complete a project related to Demand Planning that will help support and improve the overall processes, tools, and/or analytical capabilities of the team. At the end of the internship, the intern will present their project to the COO and the Supply Chain Executive Leadership Team.

  • Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, variances, and provide actionable insights to drive improvements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders within supply chain, commercial, and finance teams.

  • Support the development of the demand plan to the sales forecast, marketing promotions/events, New Openings & Expansions (NOE), and New Product Introductions (NPI). Reconcile the demand plan to actual orders and available supply.

  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, etc.

  • Effectively utilize data reporting tools and planning systems.

  • Participate in self-evaluations and feedback surveys.

  • Create a development plan for the duration of the assignment and participate in weekly check-in of development progress with manager.

Qualifications
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management or a Supply Chain related field.

  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age to apply and obtain a NV Gaming License with this position

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • This position operates in a professional office environment. This role will routinely use standard office equipment.
