The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $92,000 to $135,300 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:
What you will do in this Role:
  • Lead, coordinate, and direct all functions of their report staff.
  • Perform at professional level to interpret/process more sophisticated, less-clearly defined issues.
  • Identify and resolve complex problems.
  • Define workflows, jobs, and reporting relationships to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Participate in development of department budgets and business plans for functional area.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes in methods or procedures within own area of responsibility and communicate to the customer.
  • Identify resource needs and develop justification.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
What we are looking for:
  • Associate degree, technical degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrate and apply broad knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for managed work group(s).
  • Demonstrate understanding and application of supervisory approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary action.
  • Possess 5 years of successful experience in a related field and successful demonstration of position and key responsibilities as presented above.
  • Able to gauge, identify, and implement training based on skill assessment results.
  • Proficient in leading critical metrics and fault data using these methods: Tracking and measuring, evaluating and analyzing the data, and implementing and directing improvement.
  • Able to create reports and communication materials to track and report performance issues.
  • Show continuous improvement in maintaining and operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to meet customer requirements, considering equivalent experience as an acceptable qualification.
