About The OpportunityThe Billing Lead will be responsible for performing the day-to-day responsibilities of the Billing & Collections team, with the overarching objective of ensuring member invoices are financially accurate and paid in a timely manner while also investigating and following-up on outstanding balances. This position plays a key role within the team in conducting Alternative Revenue billing and collections activities including, but not limited to, franchises, partnerships, and events. This position requires 3+ years of Billing experience and does not have any direct reports, although there will be coordination with and oversight of offshore resources. Located in New York City, this candidate will report directly to the Senior Lead of USC Billing Services. The ideal candidate will have outstanding attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, a great attitude, refined communication skills, and the ability to complete tasks independently. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Base Pay: $56,250 - $70,000 per year Incentive Compensation: WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.
