Painter 1st Shift

JOB DETAILS

Base pay starts at $18.00 per hour

1st Shift: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate airless paint spraying equipment in a fast-paced production setting, with an emphasis on safety and quality
• Operate crane
• Operate forklifts
• Utilize scanning equipment
• Utilize computers, basic skills needed
• Inspect work visually for defects according to Quality Systems
• Collaborate with team members and Supervisor to help team achieve targets
• Provide cost saving suggestions and ideas to improve production and eliminate waste

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years' Experience in high production manufacturing environment
• Accurately use measuring devices
• Effective Teamwork
• Physical dexterity to operate machinery
• Knowledge of basic math
• Ability to frequently stand, sit, perform reaching pinching, gripping, pushing, pulling, twisting, and bending
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
