Quality Compliance Assurance Manager Building Maintenance Full Time 82285BR Job Summary The QA Manager is responsible for the development of quality initiatives that support Health Facilities operations. Has direct oversight of departmental regulatory compliance programs, policies, and procedures. Ensures departmental operational programs are compliant with regulatory groups (TJC, CDPH, CMS, NFPA) and UCOP standards. Supports departmental leaders with, objectives, programs, develops strategies and policies. Proactively collaborates with management team to assess risk in establishing systems and procedures to protect organizational initiatives. Through governance, determines strategies and programs that support and align with organization-wide goals. Councils' departmental leadership in the planning, organization, and overall short and long term strategic management of UCSF Health Facilities and how the division supports growth of the four Business Units (Adult, Children's, FPO and Network). The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $105,900 - $206,300 (Annual Rate). Includes in-house infrastructure related construction projects, emergency response, repairs and regular maintenance, as well as regulatory documentation of the above processes. This is achieved through the efforts of a hospital maintenance team of contract engineers, crafts trades persons, outside contractor vendors and a group of Facilities Management professionals. The overall objective of the group's efforts is to ensure a high level of operating system reliability and customer service to provide the best possible environment patients, staff and visitors.
