About you

As the Coach of Broker Performance you will play a pivotal role in the Colliers Acceleration Program, guiding new-to-industry commercial real estate brokers as they develop the skills and strategies needed for success in developing business, client management, and deal execution. This position involves facilitating specialized sales training, providing individualized performance coaching, and supporting brokers in business planning and development.

In this role, you will...

  • Work one-on-one with new-to-industry brokers to strengthen their understanding of the commercial real estate market, trends, and business dynamics.
  • Coach brokers on business development strategies, including prospecting strategies, networking, and client relationship management.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), contributing to the ongoing development of the Colliers Acceleration Program and Broker Development Training roadmap.
  • Liaise with Brokerage Leaders, stakeholders and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to align training initiatives with overall platform goals.
  • Create engaging and effective training content including presentations, materials, e-learning, and other tools & resources.
  • Be a key contributor to the strategic planning of the Acceleration Program and other Producer Development initiatives.
  • Generate and present regular reports on the impact and ROI of training and partner with Talent Acquisition to amplify employer brand strategy.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience in coaching, training, or sales management in commercial real estate.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate principles, business development, and client management.
  • Proven experience making strategic decisions and translating talent initiatives into measurable business impact.
  • Strong collaborative and relationship-building skills with stakeholders across levels and functions.
  • Developed organizational, time management, and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • High level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills. Proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful.

Bonus skills and experience

  • Familiarity with Workday (HRIS)
  • Experience in commercial real estate, talent management and development, early careers, training and coaching is preferred.

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $180,000 to $200,000

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually.Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off.Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year.Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and four weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment. Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.
