Summary The Solution Development Consultant is a key member of Workiva's Growth Solution team. This team creates innovative solutions on the Workiva platform, driving commercial growth and customer satisfaction. It focuses on exploring new markets, designing and refining solutions, and establishing best practices for new and emerging use cases on the Workiva platform. As a Solution Development Consultant, you will play a critical role in shaping solutions on the Workiva platform, particularly in the field of carbon emissions accounting & reporting technology. You'll work cross-functionally with various teams to strategically build solutions, gather feedback, and use insights to guide ongoing solution development. While this role does involve collaboration with external delivery partners and clients, its primary focus is on solution development and enabling strategic implementation methodology. How You'll Be Rewarded Salary range in the US: $111,000.00 - $178,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annually Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
