BA/BS US Citizenship: Summary The MIL Corporation seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), Analyst to support our DMV Business Units. The HRBP role is a hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to the assigned Business Units. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) reports to the HR Senior Manager and will be a primary customer-facing partner between HR and Business Unit Leadership and staff. The HRPB collaborates with various team members and resources throughout the company. They will provide sound guidance regarding HR policy and process as well as employee management, engagement, retention and development. This position will be hybrid, requiring at least two days a week in our Tysons Corner office along with occasional on-site attendance for events and meetings throughout the DC-metro area. Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $54,620 - $75,000 per year.
