Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is hiring a Full-time, Day Shift, Team Lead for Food Services.

Hours/Shift:

Full-time, Rotating Shift

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • 2 Years of Food Service Experience Required
  • Certified Food Service Handler's Card (as required by local Health Department) Required

The Team Lead Acts as Lead person and leads Food Service Workers in daily food and tray line set up, service and clean up/sanitation. Helps train new staff; conducts inventory, assigns tasks, monitors portion control and ensures service areas and equipment are sanitized and cleaned and procedures for recipes, menus, quality and safe food handling guidelines are followed.

Certified Food Service Handler's Card (as required by local Health Department).
