What you'll be doing...As the Communications Officer for the Finance Talent Development team, you offer creative guidance for the Finance organization to build analytical, technical and digital skills. With a future lens, you create communication campaigns, videos, websites and other products that showcase the limitless opportunities to learn, grow and deliver for the business. You are aware that careers connected to purpose create high-performance cultures, so you form solutions to meet employees right where they are on their career journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices, as well as experience in adult learning best practices.
