As the Resource Director, you will lead our resource management efforts, overseeing the allocation of both internal and freelance talent across the US, with a particular focus on the Creative department. Resource Management involving casting, mobility, and hiring sits at the heart of the Jack. You will work closely with senior leadership, including the Global Chief Creative Officer and Global Head of Strategy, to ensure the right people are assigned to the right projects at the right time-optimizing talent allocation to maximize their impact. Your role involves balancing creative opportunities, client needs, and talent skillsets all while proactively managing to financial realities. Driving exceptional creative output, utilization and billability while maintaining a supportive and productive environment for all team members. Your deep understanding of our talent capabilities and career goals, plus ability to navigate complexity of how experiential work gets done is complemented by your strong communication and interpersonal skills. This role requires a high level of empathy, dedication to helping talent develop to achieve their goals, diplomacy, and ability to glean insights from data to fuel success for Jack in a fast-moving environment.
