We are looking for an MBA student, recent graduates or seniors, ideally with a business degree combined with an engineering background. The Market Research and Product Management Intern will conduct market research in the U.S. defense space to help map out the competitive landscape and with various product management duties. This role provides an excellent opportunity for those interested in eventually pursuing a Product Manager or Product Marketing career. DURATION: 6 TO 9 MONTHS Responsibilities: Conduct market research and analysis in the U.S. defense sector. Assist in product management support including with product development process, creating business cases and project management cross-functionally. Gather, analyze, and interpret data on competitors, market conditions, and customer insights. Assist in mapping out the competitive landscape and identifying market trends. Support the product team in developing strategic insights and making actionable recommendations. Organize data including market share Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align market intelligence efforts with business goals. Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on research findings. Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions. Skills & Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desired: Market research experience Ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with market research methodologies and tools. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Education and Experience: Desired: Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA. Engineering degree (bachelor's level) or technical major (Desired: Electrical or Mechanical engineering) Senior year students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience or coursework in market research, business analysis, or related fields is a plus. Interest in the defense sector and product management.
