Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company is seeking a Sales Operations Process Leader as a part of the Commercial Excellence team. This role will work across Business units to help drive profitable business growth through the implementation and support of Sales tools and process best practices.

This role has the opportunity to be remote / hybrid for the right candidate. Ideal location would be located to or near our Hudson, Wisconsin St. Croix Meadows location.

What You Will Do

* Drive process improvements within Commercial Excellence for Phillips Medisize
* Drive the profitable continuing rollout and use of our CRM tool (Salesforce) across the business units in conjunction with the wider Molex vision.
* Work with the Molex support team to ensure the Phillips Medisize business needs are being addressed in an appropriate value-added manner.
* Drive enhanced reporting and analytics to support our business knowledge processes within the sales function.
* Lead the development and implementation of software applications and analytics in support of commercial excellence activities
* Be a leader in process development and enhancement within the sales function. Specifically focusing on the opportunity development and account management processes.
* Continuously review and drive improvements to sales operations processes
* Championing and effectively applying the Principled Based Management philosophy, particularly as it relates to driving change
* Approaching problems from an analytical mindset, creatively leveraging available data while remaining mindful of qualitative factors

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* Bachelor's Degree in a related field
* 5+ years of successful commercial experience
* Experience working within Salesforce CRM Application

What Will Put You Ahead

* Experience driving near-term results while enriching division capabilities, tools and processes to create long term value
* Experience being able to distill complex ideas and multi-step processes into clear visions and actions

This role is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship.

For this role, we anticipate paying $120,000-$150,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.

In order to comply with U.S. export control laws and regulations, this position requires applicants to either provide proof of U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status or be eligible to receive an export authorization (a license) under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations.
