What you'll be doing...As part of the Fraud Strategy organization, our Detection Strategy team is responsible for the detection of Account Takeover, Identify Theft, First Party Fraud, Never Pay, and Network Fraud across the VCG and VBG lines of business. As a Detection Strategy Consultant, you will be a Subject Matter Expert in the monitoring and researching of Fraud Trends and Anomalous Activity, partnering with sales channels, operations, and vendors to understand the internal changes and external influences on the business to minimize emerging threats. You will have an extensive knowledge of the various order flows (e.g. Digital, Retail) and fraud tools; as well as strong collaborative partnerships with our GTS Data Science partners. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, can adapt to changing circumstances, and juggle competing priorities. You work with a sense of urgency and get personal satisfaction from analyzing problems and delivering solutions.
