Job Description Summary
Full-time, faculty member in Aviation Flight Technology. Rank and tenure will be based on qualifications. The faculty member is responsible to the Department Chair of Aviation and Transportation Studies in the College of Aviation, Science and Technology.

Responsibilities
Responsible to model the University Mission through dedicated job performance, service excellence to constituencies, respectful collaboration and active support of the University's Mission and Catholic and Lasallian higher education.

-Teach 24 credit hours per academic year in the aviation flight curriculum.
Scholarship and service
-Student advising and mentoring
-Other job-related duties
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in flight-related field from an accredited institution required.
Meets all essential Federal Aviation Administration ( FAA) criteria. Minimum of five years' flight instruction experience
Preferred Qualifications
Previous college teaching experience
PhD or EdD
Experience with Blackboard Learning Management system
Online teaching experience
Record of peer-review publications
FAA Flight certificates
