Description
Summary Prepare, season, and cook for hospital patients, cafe customers and catered events. Work under the leadership of culinary professionals. Working in a flexible team environment. Using a variety of cooking/culinary techniques (grill, cold prep, batch cookery, proper scaling of recipes.) Knowledge of buffalo chopper, slicer, combi oven, range, kettles, grinder, char broiler, turbo chef and flat top. Key Responsibilities
