For more information, please visit www.resilience.com Position Summary: The Director of Commercial Operations reports to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and leads the Technical Evaluation and Proposal (TE&P) team, Lead Generation/Inside Sales, while overseeing commercial analytics across RESILIENCE's programs in Biologics, Vaccines, Nucleic Acids, Cell Therapy, and Gene Therapy. This role ensures the effective management of the proposal lifecycle, from client inquiry to proposal delivery, while driving continuous improvement, scalability, and automation within the proposal process. The Director also manages CRM systems (e.g., SFDC) and commercial data, aligning cross-functional teams to support business growth and optimize operations. Position Responsibilities:
