To keep up with rapidly changing customer and business demands, CO+I is looking for an experienced Principal Business Program Manager who can lead complex engagements across key datacenter suppliers, collaborating across business and engineering stakeholders to drive strategic partnership development. ResponsibilitiesWork with team leaders on key programs and strategic initiatives to develop clarity on engagement scope and deliverables. Establish a results-oriented, metrics-driven programmatic approach to deliver strategic initiatives.Establish a scalable engagement framework that provides visibility and ensures success for CO+I's active strategic engagement portfolio. Refine methodology, tools and templates for continuous improvement.Act as a subject matter expert, driving assessments in collaboration with other teams, conducting competitive analyses, and examining customer and technology-related industry trends, as well as industry-specific requirements/regulations and opportunities.Define best practices for business cases that drive long-term, integrated, cross-business solutions and roadmaps that improve business performance and mitigate risk, while driving innovation and collaboration with key suppliers to enable growth and scale.Determine and lead large scale process improvements to quickly scope insights. Ensure alignment between the customer, the market, internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and the goals and strategy of Microsoft.Drive simplification and automation to evolve processes, services, and solutions, to increase agility and efficiencies and lower costs.Partner with the engineering team to contribute, prioritize, and deliver on the multi-year roadmap for program tooling. Lead the tracking, coordination, and communication of end-to-end project schedules and plans. Establish and monitor processes, while driving accountability with stakeholders to follow the established schedule and processes. | |
