What you'll be doing...

This role is responsible for providing oversight for the end-to-end execution and delivery of the Global Enablement Factory (GEF) Technology Readiness sub-process in support of GEF Opportunities. The GEF Back Office team works collaboratively with cross functional teams including key partners like VBG, VCG, CSG, GNT & VGSIT to ensure all impacted parties understand requirements and constraints related to the opportunity to ensure all required components (includes resource, location, roles & systems) are gathered to support the processing of the request. In addition, partnering closely with Account Managers & GSAM PMOs to discuss application status, dependencies and delays. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate and document business requirements pertaining to VGSIT/Business opportunities to ensure the scope and required security criteria is accurately captured to enable the facilitation of the Tech Readiness sub-process steps.

  • Perform rigorous project management activities with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment by managing key milestones (task closures, application retirements) and deliverables to ensure on time approvals and drive prompt issue resolution or reprioritization.

  • Maintain application and opportunity reference data ensuring accurate data (Quality Assurance) is available to meet the reporting needs of our business partners and application support teams.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Five years of experience in various aspects of Information Security, Technology and Business Operations.

  • Five or more years of Program/Project Management experience managing projects involving multiple work streams and stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to covey complex information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences across all organizations.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically

  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, information security and PCI compliance.
