What is the opportunity?

The Managing Director, US CIO Head of Change Management will oversee the operational functions and strategies of corporate programs. This individual will manage a team of directors, senior managers, and managers by providing financial and people resource guidance.

What will you do?

  • Evaluating and providing guidance during the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; developing strategies to ensure all projects within the program are cohesive and in line with organizational goals.
  • Overseeing the hiring, development, and management of all project teams within the program, including both internal staff and external contractors.
  • Designing, establishing, and monitoring the program's project management goals.
  • Execute Cross-LoB US initiatives working closely with IT and Business stakeholders across lines of businesses and corporate functions.
  • Manage deployment of US CIO Operating Model and execute it to meet internal and external requirements.
  • Provide oversight over US wide IT Change the Bank, Run the Bank and Regulatory program portfolio.
  • Execute US CIO owned and managed projects and programs.
  • Establish a US wide portfolio management practice and implement necessary governance and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Architecture Review Board and Investment Review board to ensure strategic alignment of change execution across US.
  • Drive Investment review process across US IT portfolio.
  • Provide oversight and monitoring over regulatory remediation book of work.
  • Collaborating with business executives on using a disciplined project management approach and coaching them on their project-related roles and responsibilities.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • 10 or more years demonstrated experience in developing and applying/leading practices in; large scale transformation, IT risk and regulatory frameworks in Canada, US, and UK
  • Demonstrated ability to consult and to lead on complex change management concepts and strategies, with a proven track record to deliver analyze and conceptualize data to meet research objectives and develop powerful business insights.
  • Ability to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technology teams and supplier, on complex projects with excellent consultancy/advisory, facilitation, communication and presentation skills.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $200,000 - $325,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
