Summary/Objective: At Lippert Components, the role of the Business Systems Analyst is critical in the success of our teams in delivering and maintaining technology products which exceed the expectations of our customers. This is a cross-functional role that will collaborate with Customers, engineers, developers, admins, and business users across the organization. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, writing user stories, conguring in Salesforce, performing user acceptance testing, and communicating regularly with project team and stakeholders. This role will support a complex Salesforce.com environment, including Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Field Service Lightning, custom Lightning Platform development, and integrations with many third-party applications. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difcult concepts to non-technical users. An ideal candidate will have experience in Service Cloud, Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms, and agile project management, and will be passionate about building customer journeys using data driven decision making in order to build a world class customer experience. Supervisory Responsibility: This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time salary position, and hours/days of work are decided by your reporting manager.
