Project Coordinator (IISAR)

***This position requires an active NACI clearance or the ability to obtain a NACI clearance to be considered. ***

As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen.

Cherokee Nation Integrated Health (CNIH) is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Immunization Information Systems Annual Report (IISAR) who will manage the coordination and support of the IISAR process, ensuring that data collection, quality control, and reporting are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Estimated Starting Salary Range for Project Coordinator (IISAR): Pay commensurate with experience.
  • Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Project Coordinator (IISAR) Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate the IISAR data collection process, including scheduling, stakeholder communication, and reporting.
  • Assist with the analysis of IISAR data to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Facilitate communication between CDC and external stakeholders regarding IISAR submissions and progress.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to IISAR activities, ensuring compliance with CDC guidelines.
  • Support IISAR reporting and analysis, ensuring accurate reporting of immunization data.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Project Coordinator (IISAR) Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a health-related field.
  • Experience with health data systems, particularly IIS.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
