Technical Education Consultant Intern

Location: Remote, USA

Employment Type: Internship (Full-Time)

Program Duration: June 9, 2025 to August 15, 2025

Summary

Primary Duties and Responsibilities




  • Analyze the needs of the OneStream community.
  • Design technical content and learning assets to address specific needs, requirements, and objectives.
  • Develop efficient and effective learning assets based on the needs and requirements of the OneStream community.
  • Work with TEC team members to learn about document review processes and standards
  • Maintain existing learning content to keep learning assets current based on software updates.
  • Adhere to department processes, standards, and brand guidelines for all learning assets and projects.
  • Build foundational OneStream knowledge.



Required Education and Experience




  • In pursuit of a bachelor's degree or graduate-level degree in a relevant business area.
  • 3.0 GPA or higher.
  • Junior, senior, and graduate-level students.



Preferred Education and Experience




  • Previous internship experience is nice to have, but not necessarily required.
  • Experience working with industry tools, such as:


    • Camtasia
    • Audiate
    • Articulate Rise
    • Articulate Storyline
    • Skillable
    • SnagIt




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities




  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, highly collaborative and cross-functional team setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Excel.
