We're searching for aWound Care Certified Clinical Specialist!

As part of your role, you'll travel throughout the territory to support the sales process with a clinical focus. By fostering strong and professional relationships, you'll have the opportunity to drive positive changes in healthcare, ultimately enhancing clinical outcomes and meeting the your regional objectives.

What you'll do:



  • Work with Strategic Accounts and Sales teams to create and execute the Clinical Sales Strategy in our key target accounts.
  • Organize various programs such as professional education events and peer-to-peer gatherings to promote Molnlycke's Wound Care products to relevant audiences.
  • Develop tools and conduct Clinical In-service Courses (CICs) as needed.
  • Take advantage of opportunities for collaboration within Molnlycke to enhance knowledge and networking.
  • Coordinate clinical activities with Area Sales Managers and other sales personnel to meet sales targets and improve patient outcomes.
  • Serve as the main clinical support for Territory Sales Managers, ensuring that clinical procedures are followed correctly.
  • Train and support newly hired Territory Sales Managers, and provide additional training to experienced ones through various methods.
  • Actively participate in Clinical Associations representing Molnlycke Healthcare.
  • Identify and cultivate potential advocates and clinical research partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Strategic Accounts, and Business Development teams when necessary.


Compensation & Benefits Information:



  • The salary rangefor this role is $120,000 - $144,000. This role is eligible for annual bonusand car reimbursement.

What you'll need



  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, or a related specialty required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • CWOCN, CWON, CWCN (WOCN board certification) or CWS (ABWM board certification) Clinician is required prior to employment
  • Approximately 5 -7 years progressively responsible, work related experiencein nursing
  • Comprehensive knowledge of wound care industry; Strong industry & clinical network preferred
  • Experience in presenting to large and small groups
