Search/Examiner

* Research properties through a web-based electronic plant as well as familiarity with searching County records

* Abstracting copies of deeds, mortgages, and liens affecting title

* Performing judgment searches

* Completing search sheet and combining findings into a search package

* Creating typed Title Search Report
