POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking an Architectural Services Representative based in the greater Atlanta area. This individual is responsible for effectively promoting dormakaba's entire North American portfolio of products, solutions and services to architectural firms, design build firms and government architects.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $83,000 - $95,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO



  • Develop long term architectural customers by creating relationships that reflect the best interests of the architects' clients.
  • Ensure that the architectural firm's library is fully up to date with dormakaba's literature, technical documents, and relevant samples.
  • Network within architectural firms to capture the following of additional Project Architects
  • Develop key relationships with firms' lead specification managers.
  • Ensure completed specifications are being sent to sales teams for action



WHAT WE REQUIRE



  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3+ years sales experience
  • 50%+ local travel



WHAT WE PREFER



  • Bachelor/Technical/Vocational school degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years' experience in the door and hardware industry
  • 1+ years architectural sales experience
  • Member Construction Specification Institute (CSI)
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Software (CRM) - Salesforce
