The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Executive Director, HR and Talent Management, the HR Project Coordinator will manage a range of human resources projects focusing on data accuracy, operational efficiency, and process improvement. This role will require expertise in data clean-up, document creation, and developing streamlined HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities



  • Manage HR-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Conduct thorough audits of HR data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Identify and resolve employee records, payroll, benefits, and other HRIS discrepancies.
  • Develop templates, training guides, and reference materials to support HR operations and employee engagement.
  • Assess current HR workflows and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce redundancies.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to implement new processes or systems.
  • Ensure HR operations and documentation comply with applicable labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of related experience.


Other Requirements



  • Proven experience in HR project management, data management, or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, databases, and document management tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
