We are looking for Principal Product Manager (Teams) to join us here in Redmond. This role will require a capable mix of product design, data driven decision making, cross-team execution, and closely partnering with both customers and your fellow PMs to ensure we ship the right thing at the right time. ResponsibilitiesMaking outstanding product experiences. Defining new features and capabilities, and working across disciplines to bring these experiences to customers. Working with technical peers to develop plans, prototypes, experiments, and specs. Partnering with cross-company leaders to ensure successful delivery of the product roadmap. Defining success metrics, designing and conducting A/B tests, and measuring and reporting the impact on OKRs Creating healthy partnerships and working relationships, within our team and across Microsoft. Contributing to a healthy and harmonious team culture. Improving efficiency in a rapidly evolving environment. Embody our Culture and Values. | |
