Salary: $70,000 - $115,000/yr. (recent graduate accepted)

Schedule: 1st shift, 8am - 5pm

Process Integration Engineer essential functions:

Experienced in semiconductor wafer processes for opto components. Participates in process development and improvement within the compound semiconductor FAB. Oversees FAB process lots for development and contract deliverables, including mask layout review, lot starts, and data delivery. Collects and analyzes device test results, prepares reports for management, and trains technicians and operators as needed.

Qualifications:



  • BS/MS in Physics or Engineering field (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, and Material Sciences)
  • Must have clean room and hands-on wafer process experience in silicon or III-V compound semiconductors
