Job Summary: The Condition Monitoring Analyst (CMA) is responsible for analyzing aggregated condition monitoring data such as S.O.S., inspections, electronic data, site conditions, Service Letters, OLGA, and equipment history. The CMA makes appropriate repair and/or operation recommendations for the Respective Fleet as indicated by the data to applicable internal/external customers. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development. Essential Functions:
- Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
- Analyze condition monitoring data (e.g., S.O.S., inspections, electronic data, site conditions, Service Letters, OLGA, equipment history)
- Provide equipment and/or operation recommendations to customer-facing Dealer representatives derived from condition monitoring data
- Use software tools (e.g., Dealer/CAT Software, Microsoft Excel, Access) to analyze condition monitoring data
- Communicate written and verbal recommendations as required by the Dealership
- Provide information for condition monitoring lead tracking and resolution Prepare written reports and recommendations
- Build collaborative relationships with other departments throughout the Dealership (e.g., S.O.S. Interpreter, Rental Fleet managers, Service Managers, PM schedulers and customer-facing Dealer representatives)
- Use the Dealer/CAT Software to build cases and enter leads and Dealer business system to extract customer and equipment history
- Provide emergency recommendations
- Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
- Interpersonal skills sufficient to engage with customers, vendors, own staff, and separate departments throughout the organization in order to exchange information, influence, and persuade in order to achieve company goals
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as averages, percentages, geometry, and statistical tools
- Exceptional organizational, self-management, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills to apply logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, approaches, and prevention to problems
- Ability to understand the basic dynamics of equipment operation, proper maintenance practices, troubleshooting machine systems, intended use and design
- Demonstrated skills with all applicable Dealer software and Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required with additional specialized/technical training; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Two years of work-related skill, knowledge, and/or experience required; four or more years of experience preferred
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Travel:
- Travel up to 5%, to include overnight travel, may be required up to, but not limited to once per month
