Basic Qualifications
Education Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 10+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 8 years of job-related experience. Agile experience required. Clearance Requirements: Department of Defense TS/SCI clearance is preferred at time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Responsibilities for this Position ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES: Developing mission-critical systems that help keep people safe is what we do. The opportunity we can offer is one-of-a-kind. As a Release Train Engineer, you will enable, manage, and optimize the overall Agile Release Train (ART). The team will operate as a larger SCRUM of SCRUMs. The ideal candidate is a certified Release Train Engineer and has experience on a large solution program which includes both Hardware and Software. We are willing to train the right candidate. An example of the "right candidate for development" has been a SCRUM master on a HW/SW solution and knows JIRA and Confluence or equivalent tool suite. Another example is someone who understands DOD domain/programs well, has a demonstrated capability to think at a Systems Level, and has a growth mindset. Representative Duties and Tasks::
