LSSI is hiring a full-timeSupervisor- Youth WORKS, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Under the directions of the Program Director or designee, oversee prevention services to youth and
their families in designated communities within agency policy.

Essential Functions:
- Supervise employees providing substance abuse prevention through curriculum lessons, educational materials, family support, and presentations.
- Conduct scheduled supervisions with assigned staff.
- Provide direct supervision, training, support, review, and evaluation for assigned staff.
- Complete and submit all necessary reports and documentation accurately and on time to Department of Human Services.
- Complete all required LSSI Qi reports on a quarterly basis.
- Provide support to staff including substitution for teaching curriculum lessons.
- Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.
Position Qualifications: In addition to a real passion for working with at-risk children and families, this opportunity requires:
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field required.
- Master's degree in human services or related field preferred.
- Completion of certification related to the assigned position, per LSSI and/or funder's request.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the delivery of prevention services required.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, bot verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organization, presentation and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
- Background check clearance, both criminal and CANTS required.
- Valid driver's license, in good standing for the state of residency required.
- Access to reliable transportation required.
- Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury and property damage required.
