Requirements: Minimum of Five plus years in sales management and managing high performance teams, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience with digital sales tools and CRM system,s (Salesforce, etc.) is required Education Requirements: Preferred Bachelor of Science Degree, in Engineering or Technical field of study, with business, customer service, or sales experience; Alternatively bachelor's degree in business, or similar, with industry related experience working with technical sales or business. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams. Frequent travelling with sales team to lead by example. Digital Savy: Proficiency in using sales automation, analytics tools, and social media for lead generation and customer engagement. Customer- Centric: Strong understanding of Sustainability initiatives and how it may impact the growth of business. Strategic Thinker: Ability to align sales strategies with business objectives and adapt to market changes Communicaton: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels Additional Requirements: Able to read instructions, numbers and to write legibly in English. Competent in understanding and communicating product and technical information. Completes mandated safety training within 10 days of hire. Follows supervisor's instructions and works amicably with co-workers. Equipment and Tools: Must be able to efficiently and effectively use Lap top computer, smart phone, and I-Pad. Job location As a Regional Sales Manager- Southwest, you will be based in Santa Fe Springs, CA and report to the district manager. You will travel to customer sites within this region.
