Pay Range: $89,000-$126,000

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):



  • Manage staff and senior accountants and oversee the daily operations of Inventory Control within the accounting department.
  • Establish and maintain a good rapport with TSI's 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) providers to enhance business performance.
  • Lead the reporting process ensuring all financial deadlines are met. Manage the preparation of monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Direct, train, and oversee the technical and career development of Senior Accountants and Accountants to ensure operational excellence is continually met.
  • Implement, monitor and enhance accounting procedures and internal controls.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with other departments on business objectives.
  • Assist in hiring and ensure alignment with accounting talent strategies.
  • Prepare and review documentation to assist internal and external auditors. Participate in meetings and discussion with internal and external auditors to facilitate timely audit deliverables and auditor understanding of business and applicable policies and processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):



  • Bachelor's degree in accounting (MBA or MSA preferred).
  • 6 years of relevant experience.
  • CPA license/CPA candidate is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Travel, evening and weekend work may be required.
